I admit I’m not a big fan of udon, so the 4-star rating is mostly due to reviews from others who do like udon.
We’ve tried the curry udon, kitsune udon and natto udon, and they’ve all been received positively. Sanuki has also just recently added some new side dishes; the sesame salad is good, but the agedashi tofu is not really up to par.
The setting of the place is simple and homey. It’s like sitting in a little coffee shop, no frills and no fuss. The service is quick and good.
Overall, it’s a good experience… but only if you like udon 🙂
